Coffee Details
- Roast Level: Light to medium roast
- Grind size: Medium-fine, similar to table salt
- Brew Ratio: 1:16 (coffee to water ratio)
Brewing Steps (Inverted Method)
1. Prepare AeroPress
Insert the plunger into the AeroPress and flip it upside down (inverted method). Place the filter in the cap and rinse it with hot water.
2. Add Coffee
Weigh and grind 15g of coffee. Add it to the AeroPress chamber.
3. Bloom
Start your timer. Add 30g of water (92°C–96°C / 197°F–205°F) to the coffee and stir gently. Let it bloom for 30 seconds.
4. Add Water
Slowly pour the remaining water (210g) into the chamber. Stir gently again to ensure even extraction.
5. Steep
Let the coffee steep for 1 minute.
6. Attach Filter Cap
Screw the cap onto the AeroPress.
7. Invert and Press
Carefully flip the AeroPress onto a mug and press down slowly, aiming for a total brew time of about 2 minutes.
