Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Such delays do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
2. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us.
If you are dissatisfied with your order and would like to try a different product, please email us at info@trevecoffeelab.com. We may offer a one-time courtesy replacement at our discretion.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time.
4. Failed Deliveries

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
5. Damages & Defects
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Email us at info@trevecoffeelab.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement of the same item.

7. Bulk Orders & Resale
Trêve products are intended for personal use only. Resale or bulk purchasing is not permitted without prior written approval.

Orders of five (5) or more of the same item may be subject to cosmetic damage during shipping.

Such damage does not qualify for refund or return.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
