Coffee Details

  • Roast level: Light roast & medium Roast
  • Grind size: Medium-fine, resembling granulated sugar
  • Brew Ratio: 1:16 (coffee-to-water ratio)
  • Water Temperature: 197°F–205°F

Brewing Steps

1. Rinse the Filter

Place the paper filter in the V60 and rinse it with hot water to remove any papery taste. Discard the rinse water.

2. Add Coffee

Weigh and grind 15g of coffee. Place the grounds in the filter.

3. Bloom

Start your timer. Pour 30g of water evenly over the grounds to saturate them. Let it bloom for 30 seconds.

4. First Pour

Slowly pour water in a circular motion until you reach 120g on the scale. Wait for the water level to drop slightly.

5. Second Pour

Continue pouring in a circular motion until you reach 240g.

6. Finish

Allow the water to drip completely. Total brew time should be 2:30–3:00 minutes.
